Who is the courier
Deliveries in the UK are sent via Royal mail, for the rest of the world we use Ascendia.

How long will the delivery take
Goods are normally dispatched within 1-2 working days of order receipt. Delivery can take up to 7 working days within the UK and anywhere outside of the UK can take up to 2 weeks.

Why are multiple promos running and once and can I use more than one promo code?
We can only honour one promotional code at a time but if there are multiple codes we will apply the higher value discount to your order.

When is a parcel classed as lost in transit?
In the UK, if your parcel hasn't arrived within 2 weeks it would be considered lost in transit and for the rest of the world world, after 3 weeks.

Why do we not manufacture in the UK anymore?
We place our orders with factories around the world based on the suitability of the manufacturer for each product. This ensures good quality standards and good value for money.

Why aren't all orders sent on a tracked service
We find that almost all of orders reach the desired destination in a timely manner and as such the tracked service is not required.

How do I know which size I should buy

How long do I get to return something for a full refund?
14 days after delivery of the goods.

How long do refunds usually take?
We aim to process all refunds within 2 weeks from receipt of the return.

Are returns free?
Returns postage will be at the cost of the customer and will not be refunded.

Can I return my tights if the packaging has been opened.
We will only refund tights in opened pack if the product is faulty. We can only accept ladders/runs as a fault if the fault is present upon opening the pack. Worn products will not be refunded.
